Season 11 player cards are still in progress.
Trading will be increased significantly this season with more GM discount when trading higher salary players.
No back to backs in playoffs group stage but top 2 seeds get first pick on time slots. Longer break before playoffs final.
'Team tanking' mitigation rules under review.
Due to availability there will still be only 1 game per team on each game day.
